The season is now over.
It is with deep regards that we are closing for the season, but the berries are just not ripening this year and those on the bushes are very small. We want to offer our customers quality berries so decided it best to close for 2019. The birds have also moved in the patch.
We appreciate all the visitors that came for the short time we were open this year and hope that you will keep our website marked to come back again in 2020.
Hopefully, mother nature will be a bit nicer next year for the blueberry patches.
Again, thanks for coming and we do hope to see you all next year.
Have a safe summer and stay cool.
THE NEW BLACKBERRY PATCH IN THE MAKING
With the assistance of family and friends, we finally got the rocks disposed and the field smooth and ready for our new Blackberry plants. We will be offering THORNLESS Blackberries. There won't be any berries this year, but hopefully in 2020 we will be offering a bumper crop at our farm.
Our brand new baby Thornless Blackberries
Our new varieties of Blackberries are Arapaho and Navaho. They produce berries the size of large thumb and very juicy and plump. We are excited to bring a new addition to our farm that will help us to be open longer for the season. Most Blackberries are ripe in July(weather permitting). Be sure and check our website often for progress of our new plants.
